Research Group

My research is done in close collaboration with a group of colleagues and we form together the Soft Polymer Networks group of the Laboratory of Soft Matter Science and Engineering.
The idea of creating this group was to collaborate more closely and share resources between researchers interested in similar topics such as hydrogels and elastomers and rheology, mechanics, fracture and adhesion. The people in the group have evolved since creation in 2009 and we now have seven members: Etienne Barthel, Matteo Ciccotti, Dominique Hourdet, Alba Marcellan, Tetsuharu Narita, Yvette Tran and myself.
Most of our students and post-docs are jointly advised.
