The European Research Council published April 21st 2016 the results of its ERC-Advanced grant 2015 call and the project of Costantino Creton and his team proposing to use innovative chemistry and quantitative optical techniques to bridge the gap between molecular bond rupture and macroscopic material failure was funded.
